My parents have a Chattanooga Stove Company, Model 1200 wood furnace.

They are experiencing smoke in home and basement area, this is a problem. Could this be a problem with furnace or the chimney.

I would like more information on the functions of the stove and where I might find service for this furnace.

I am appreciative for any information or help.
