High efficiency Heat Exchanger for gas logs
Our patented and patent-pending invention will maximize the amount of heat obtained from converting your masonry fireplace to gas logs. With the addition of our heat exchanger, you will maximize the BTU’s generated from either natural gas or propane.
Ou unique heat exchanger is designed to flexibly mount on the back wall of existing masonry fireplaces. A future, larger design will incorporate the exchanger into new home construction or addition of a fireplace in a remodeled home.
The benefits of our high efficiency heat exchanger system are:
1. CLEAN - no ashes, smoke or clogged chimneys. Our “air wash” system will keep the fireplace glass door clean.
2. HEALTHY - all water vapor and harmful gases resulting from gas log combustion will be removed through a polypropylene
pipe installed in the existing chimney. Outside air is piped into the fireplace for combustion thus eliminating cold drafts or
oxygen depletion from the home.
3. ECONOMICAL - your room air will no longer be going up the chimney! It will circulate through a warming heat exchanger tube
and come back into the room. Utilizing this heat exchanger will maximize the BTU’s realized from your gas logs.
