Outdoor fireplace on a screened back porch - # 1721
Question:We would like to put a chimenea on a screened back porch. We can put a chimney through the roof, but does anyone have any ideas on what to use that will be attractive? Or any other ideas to direct the smoke?

They are not designed for this use. Burning the house down would be a real possibility. Should i tell you about my chimenea that turned into a heaping pile of embers one night when I was burning it hot?
Use a real stove or fireplace and install it with a Class A chimney.
