No gravity drive on this truck but the whole thing looks like a car from the movie”Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior” to me

It’s a mature and well understood practice in Eastern Europe, at least until the early 1990s. I think there’s a video of that truck running, and it’s certainly feasible. I think a whole city full of them might make rush hour a bit less enjoyable, though.
