Napoleon nps40 pellet stove problems starting up

Further digging shows that it is using the same control as the Enviro EF2 called dial a fire. Its still made today. You really need to PM Rod. Hearthtools he’s the pro on those units.

It could be the power control part# W190-0019 but I am guessing here.

we bought it brand new 2 years ago

did you check and make sure the warranty has not expired as of yet? Also, if you were having these issues at the end of the season (within the warranty period…) i wonder why you didn’t approach the dealer who sold it to you, if you bought it from a dealer….

Aside from this issue how reliable has this stove been ?


EDIT: i just saw you bought it in June 08, so electronics warranty is over.

we tried contacting the napoleon company and they said 1 year electricial warranty,  it has been good until this problem
