I was going to write to the local paper, with their glaring headlines Oil prices up, heating costs to soar.

Gee I have my 2 tons of pellets ($530), and a tank of oil (275 gal). 

I’m set for this year like the past 9 years.  What costs will soar ? This is all paid for already ! 

An my house is usually 71 - 74 degrees.  Set back the temp, not in my house.  It’s usually warm. I tried back in 2000 to call the NJ state energy department and find out how to publicize this.  No go.  The state only backs natural gas.  Great.  If I remember back in 1987 there was a shortage and the papers where publishing how to “lock down” you house should the natural gas stop working. Are there any “actual story” links on your site, besides mine. I’m not energy nut, just not interested in getting a tank of oil every other month like I used to do.
