The cheap charlie pellet stove was previously sold by www.harborfrieght.com on the internet & also by other vendors. harbor frieght was still selling a limited selection of cheap charlie pellet stoves in winter 2007, but cheap charlie was bought out by the danson group,inc a canadian company & is now being sold under the name PELPRO

The pel pro is a very decient pellet stove as I own one. It does the job & is a simple & basic pellet stove without all the expensive bells & jingles that can make live so complicated when they go wrong. I bought the shop model,
because of the higher btu output as well as the cheaper price & then stuck it smack dab in the middle of my living room. Where it don’t look half bad, i might mention.

It is a very straight forward & easy stove to opperate & work on , although they don’t give much access after removing the sheet metal in back. It’s tight quarters in there! I would have appreciated more sheet metal to remove to have more work space, but I’m 60 & don’t bend well or easily, any more. After two years of opperation,
no problems ,so far. Just routine clean outs, every 3 bags of pellets.

I’ll edit in more specific info later, as I find the paperwork for the stove. This is all I have from my memory, for now.
