View Fuel Price Report Instructions
Thanks for using the new Hearth.com Forfuel Price Reporting system!
Most items should be self-explanatory, but please note the following:
1. Anyone (guests or members) can read the existing reports. Reading is easy – just click on the fuel you are shopping for, and a list will come up with newest entries on top. You can then filter them by state using the drop-down menu on the right side of the page. Only states with existing entries are shown in the drop down box.
2. In order to add reports, you must be a registered member of our site (Forum area). If you are not registered, you will be presented with an error message when you try to access the report form.
To register, navigate to the Hearth.com Forums using the menu on the right side of the report page or use this direct link from here:
http://www.hearth.com/econtent/index.php/forums/
You will see a register link at the top of the Forums page. Registering will allow you to post in our forum, Wiki (here) and classifieds, as well as create he Fuel Price Reports.
3. When entering prices, you do not have to use a dollar sign. Enter numbers such as 200 or 5.69
Place additional information such as phone number, fuel quality and other facts and opinion in the comments section.
