I have been in this business since 1977 and have never encountered a 
situation close to this and I need help asap. We recently installed a 
DV das insert and a woodpecker has taken a liking to the Dura-vent 
termination cap.  The good Dr. has assumed that this is my problem! 
The installation is by the book and his threats of lawyers and 
returning the system are humorous but somewhat unnearving.  I wood 
like to resolve this short of firearm back-up.  Any ideas???
