Likes: Great stove. I connected it up to a millivolt thermostat and heats the house(3 bedroom ranch). 70 degrees in the living area and 67degrees in the bedrooms. Great service from the manufacturer.(see below)


Dislikes: Glass gets dirty on low setting. Control board had to be replaced(under warranty).Horrible, non-responsive customer service from dealer. (Stoves Unlimited)


Comments: I strongly suggest not buying from Stoves Unlimited. When control board went bad I called Stoves Unlimited and was either put on hold for 45 minutes or I left voicemails that were not returned. 2-1/2 weeks after they were aware of the problem is when they decided to order the control board which put delivery to me an additional 2 weeks( a person could freeze waiting on this company).I had to go directly to Breckwell to get a new control board. They shipped it to me 2nd day air delivery.

Installation was direct vent.
