Likes: Love the ease of operation.dump bags in once a day compared to tending to a woodstove every 6 hours.Always warm and temp is not changing from 90 to 40 like with a wood stove.Clean once a week and get 1/2 gallon of ashes.will throw the heat more than i expected.Burn pot and heat exchanger pulls right out of the stove for nice easy cleaning.


Dislikes: Home and hearth are terrible in their service. Called three months ago with a concern, they said they would send a service man out within a few days!!Called again about a concern with the blower making a noise. Same deal.The clip that holds the glass on the door broke off. good thing i have a welder.everyones con on these stoves is the glass getting dirty quickly. Mine falls in that catogory.


Comments: Very pleased with the stove.If you had a woodstove and switched to pellets, you wonder how you kept up with the work of the wood. no comparison.Pellets fit in a lot smaller area than wood.2-3 hours and pellets are stacked and ready for the winter season. I do feel bad for the buyers of pellet stoves that do not have any kind of mechanical ability because some of stoveshops do not come when something breaks.I can change a heater motor or auger motor but when my stove is warranteed and they are suppose to come fix it and do not, that is frustrating.As far as the Breckwell unit itself, my family and i have enjoyed it so far.I can acually sleep all night during the winter and wake up to a very warm house, temp is just as i went to bed!!!
