Likes: Puts out lots of heat. Fairly efficient on the amount of wood used. Burns cleanly. Easy to load. Can load either length or width wise. Looks nice. Blower puts out even more heat.

Dislikes: The blower is loud, but for the difference it makes in output, it's often worth it. The glass easily gets dirty if unit is not burning hot. (like when dampining down for overnight.) The glass does burn clean later when you heat it back up. And the glass wipes off easily enough. The height of the firebox is a bit small when taking into account the air injection tubes.

Comments: We actually bought this in 2007. Overall we are very pleased with this unit. The blower is loud. It's variable speed, which is nice, but even on the lowest setting, it makes plenty of noise. Installation was easy enough. We did it ourselves. Draft is great. Burns cleanly. Heats our house wonderfully. The best part is that we have already recovered about a quarter of our cost. The propane tank precentage needle just sits there. If this unit seems to fit your needs, buy with confidence.
