Likes: I heat the whole house without any extra help. The annual usage is 4.5 to 5 tons of corn at a constant temperature of 72deg. F.

Dislikes: Stove is noisy, but you may get used to it. Needs cleaning every 150 to 200lb of corn which can be every 2 days. Manufacturer does not give much advise how to run this stove. There is however a web-site that helps quite a bit: http://oatstoves.com/index.html

Comments: Cleaning consist of emptying the ash can sweeping insides with a broom and then vacuum inside and out. Also exchanging and cleaning the arbor and burn crate. Cleaning takes 10 minutes. Here some trouble shooting help to pass on:
If feeder motor does not run but control panel shows LED being on or going on and off do the following:
Run stove in Stove Temperature Mode and see whether or not problem persists.
Change feed adjuster to Test and see whether or not it runs that way.
Plug room temperature sensor direct into stove and see what happens. Wire may be bad.
Bypass vacuum control switch by unplugging and hot wiring both wires. If feed motor runs, than vacuum switch is bad.
