Dislikes: If stove is placed on automatic thermostat setting, firebox/ignitor basket must be cleaned out one to two times daily. If not cleaned out, pellet ash accumulates over ignitor. Ignitor is not located outside firebox, so it gets blinded with ash.
On manual setting, if stove is used more or less continuously for 36 hours and firebox is not cleaned out, pellets will back up pellet shoot and jam augur.


Comments: Augar clogs way to easily, stove can be very difficult to light compared to a Quadra Fire model which uses a much more powerful ignitor. Ash is not blown out of firebox like Quadra Fire. Lastly local, state, and national support from Magnum was atrocious.
