Likes: Quite running if leveled on hearth. Well engineered. Burns all pellets well.


Dislikes: Has very large surround. People with natural rock fireplaces, have hard time fitting surround. Log kit doesn't fit on bracket very well at all. Dealer says he is going to fix. We will see.


Comments: Once you learn the fine tuning or drafting and the settings, the stove preforms well. Talked with manufacturer, and they didn't want to address the log issue the way I thought they should have. They wanted me to alter the logs.
