Likes: 50,000 BTUs, automatic ignition, cast iron, old type stove look, temp controle


Dislikes: Dealer, have to empty ash pan after 10 bags


Comments: Really like the look and performance of the stove accept for the ash problem. Have to empty ash pan after 10 bags of pellets and do a good cleaning. Ash builds up on sides of unit more than go goes into the ash pan itself. Still waiting on the dealer to come out and look at it, it has been over a month an still no service. Would avoid this dealer they don't seem to know what they are doing and put new installs ahead of service.
