Likes: Long burning, even heat..stays at an even temperature when you shut the draft control. Warms house over night. Glass stays clean. Easy to start fire in the morning with existing coals. Large firebox holds wood either north, south or east west direction.

Dislikes: Ash hole is impractically small. Easier to just shovel out ashes. Ash dump is great, however, to add needed air blast for fire starting. Lack of a main draft control to be able to regulate the air and shut it down further.

Comments: I have used a wood stove for 35 years. I have previously owned 4 other wood stoves, including 2 Vermont Castings stoves. This is far and above, the best wood stove I have ever owned.
