Likes: Attractive stove. Big glass window. Provides plenty of heat when blower running, but little heat without blower.


Dislikes: Door handle broke after only 1 1/2 seasons use. Blower fan is extremely loud and rattles the whole front of the stove, and it's not like it's very powerful. Rack of exhaust tubes on top of inside of stove will fall right off if you accidentally bump it with a log. Door hinges are flimsy. Overall build quality is mediocre, this is not a stove that's going to be running strong for 30 years. I am already thinking about what I'll buy to replace it.


Comments: Ordered a replacement from the dealer, it never came. Emailed with Hearthstone, they refuse to sell a replacement part except through their dealer. Awful service so far.
