Likes: Have yet to fire up stove. Stove arrived in damaged condition and we are waiting for replacement parts.
Dislikes: Pacific Energy will not offer an explanation as to how or why this stove came in defective condition. Their customer service is all smiles until trouble arrives at their door. Emails to the CEO and Tech Support have gone unanswered.
Comments: Stove arrived with gouges and scratches on enamel surface down to bare metal. Door handle was bent askew. Top enamel lid was loose and allowed freeplay even though the screws were tight. Baffle insulation was torn in two places. Baffle pin was missing.
Quality control at Pacific Energy--whether at the factory or at the distributors--is a serious issue.
