Likes: Salesman, (chris) explained every detail, loaded it into my vehicle and offered follow up. Stove works very nice, lots of heat, economical, looks nice. Love the hotplate function, heats fast. Truley ready for winter.
Dislikes: Boy did that baby smoke first fire! Shouldve burned it outside first. The bottom vent assembly is a little rickety but sound, expected more from jotul.
Comments: These stoves have incredible longevity, have had a jotul 121 in the basement for years.
