Likes: Extremely efficient. No smoke or creosote. 8 hour burns. Great heat output. Glass stays clean. Looks great.

Dislikes: Can't burn to hot, you'll burn out the Catalyst. Can't put in wet wood, you'll crack the catalyst. Refractory is delicate. Can't burn dry wood - it'll run to hot (and burn out the Cat).

Comments: I struggled with this stove, going thru several catalysts. I finally installed a inlet & outlet catalyst thermometer from Condar, and found I was running it way too hot. Since monitoring the temp, I have learned not to overheat the stove (which is very easy to do) and it runs excellent! The Cat thermometers are a must to run this stove - unless it is over sized for your house (then, you probably won't overheat it).
