Likes: FIP came with a variable speed fan. This unit heats our entire 1000 feet with no problem. Very nice looking unit. Surround is sheet metal, but it has a relief in it that breaks up that "flat" look and make it look "nice".

Comments: Falcos, the dealer did a very nice job on the sales and install. They were willing to deal on the price. The final city inspection said code required a source for outside air. This is 1955 house that has a gas fired boiler in the basement that draws its combustion air from inside the house. Falcos worked with the inspector (it took a week) to get a variance on this.
