Likes: I have been very pleased with the stove and it's performance. It does a good job keeping the main part of our house comfortable. The burn time is more than I expected
Dislikes: The only issue I have had with the unit is the blower fan control. It failed within the first year. Dealer replace under warranty. That control failed within 8 months. I replaced it with a store bought continuous fan control and that one failed within 2 months. The dealer advised that this is rather unusal for the fan control for this unit.
The other con is that Travis Industries offers no customer support or parts or information through any avenue other than the dealer.
Comments: The first control took about 3 weeks for the dealer to receive from Travis Industries(manufacturer) The dealer installed it promptly after receiving it. I have been pleased with the dealer that sold me the unit.
