Likes: Beautiful looking stove (mahogony finish), nice size firebox, handles 20 inch logs, I generally cut to 18 inch. The stove is pretty straight forward and easy to operate. The glass stays pretty clean with the hot fires going. Stove works great and heats my whole house well. Burn times generally 8 hours with full load which works well overnight.
Dislikes: My installation is horizontal piping out the back of the stove through the wall with a tee to an exterior ss chimmney with piping up about 18 feet. If outside temps are in the mid 40's when trying to lite the stove you have to tinker with it to avoid getting smoke in the house during start up. Its probably due to the horiz pipe rather than straight up vertical. The horiz pipe seems preety level too. Several firebrick have cracked, no big deal but they do seem to deteroriate fast. They are made of pumice. I've flipped the bottom ones over to get more use. I had an incident where last month I opened the front doors to clean the stove and the left door stuck slightly and when opening the glass cracked. Replacement glass $120.
Comments: Even with the cons mentioned we love the stove, the wife operates it no problem. Would recommend to anyone.
