Likes: Nice looking unit that's easy to maintain.
Dislikes: Brick panels are a hassle.
Comments: For a smaller unit, this thing is a workhorse. This will be our second season with this and it pretty much runs non-stop. (other than cleanings or when I forget to fill the hopper) It has 4 flame settings but I usually run it on 1 or 2. I have a split-level ranch and this thing easily heats the main living floor. With the exception of those bitter cold nights, my baseboard heat hardly kicks on. It also has a high fan setting but honestly, I don't feel a big difference between hi and normal. Installation was easy and the folks at the dealership sold me everything I needed. The brick panels look nice at first but after a while they get sooty. Believe me, they're more hassle than they're worth. Mine broke and I never replaced them. Otherwise, a good unit that has that classic wood stove look and plenty of heating capacity.
