Likes: Very attractive appearance
Dislikes: Sparse dealer network makes it very difficult to get dealer representation with manufacturer as dealers come and go. Manufacturer takes advantage of non-existent dealer and gives buyers run-around with warranty. Stove itself began to give off chemical/metallic smell when heating. Problem persisted for 87-8 years. No dealer to speak for us, manufacturer far away and in denial. Found four other identical cases through this forum, Hearth.com
Comments: Would never buy another Hearthstone Stove again, because "pretty" is not important if the stove stinks.
