The time before this when I picked leeks two of the people that wanted some were gone, so today one guy stops in wanting his leeks so I did some picking tonight.

The tops are turning yellow so this will be the last week for picking. I stopped in two differeny areas to pick the leeks.

Even though it's been real dry here the ferns and the woods are greening up nice.

After cleaning them last night I ate a couple, they get stronger with size but the stomach seems fine, might not want to talk with anyone for a few days! :oops:

I've had (took) plenty of leaks, never heard of a leek. Is it some type of wild onion?

Yep...Breath through your nose when your talkin' to other folks...Ever eat ramps, seem like the same deal!!
