Thanks Bill,
I see what you are calling the diverter bar. Mine does have that, but I don't think the angle of the bar is the same. I think mine is more like 90 degree angle. So, they changed the angle of the diverter bar and that made a difference? I bet I could just bend my current one if I knew what the right angle is.

I was able to dig up an older note from Jory who did state that the angle is different, but did not disclose what the difference was. The two sides are a tiny bit bigger than the original. I don't know if (um) is correct but the old capacitor was 6um, the new one is 4 um which is supposed to slow the motor's rpm down.
