Ugh, pretty well dark here @ 4:40 today. Only bad part about this time of year. Nice picture though.

I was having a hard time getting moving in the morning lately with it staying dark so late. I always like that about the switch back to standard time.

I would just wish they would stay with one time year round; I don't care which. Since there is little evidence that daylight savings actually saves energy ( http://www.scientificamerican.com/article.cfm?id=does-daylight-saving-times-save-energy ) this back and forth two times a year is really annoying; especially when you have two young kids.

Grew up with standard time so no big deal. However, I wish it was one way or the other and quit changing. Now we have more fast time than standard, so lets just stay on fast time.

i dont mind either savings or standard, but i positively detest the changeover messes with my internal clock too much

Move to Hawaii...no DST. (also part of Arizona, if Hawaii's too far )

Worse part for me is changing all the danged clocks . . . and the worse ones are the vehicles . . . none of the vehicles are set up the same way and none of them are set up in any way that make sense. In some you push a station pre-set, hold it for 5 seconds, then hit another pre-set or the volume knob to go up or down and then you put your right leg in and you move it all about . . . or something like that. Other vehicles have you hitting the Bass button or something like that . . . not a one of them has a simple setting that says "clock."

Good point jake. Despite having a button that says "clock" my F350 requires the radio to be on and then while holding the clock button down you must push on another secret button like fade or balance to get it to adjust. It's always a guess but I know I'll get it if I just keep pushing buttons.

I like that Waulie. Do you leave your Christmas lights up year round so you don't have to put them up every year? There a quite a few people around here that do that as well. The clock thing can be a pain in the arss. But I have noticed the newer vehicles are getting easier to adjust the clock.

Two buttons under the tuner marked H and M. Press/hold both together and it auto sets itself to the time broadcast by whatever station I'm listening to. Doesn't get much easier than that.
