nice, i like it a lot.

I like the look of this new stove.

From the video it appears this is mostly an E/W loader similar to the Oslo.

I'm just glad they didn't roll out a Mansfield sideloader. Just bought mine and had my heart set on a sideloader.BBar talked me out of the Equinox and I'm thankful. It'd be a pizza oven in here every month but January. But I'd only have to load it weekly

A dropdown loading door would be cool though. The Manchester is a good looking stove in my opinion. It will be interesting to read first hand reviews this season. But I still look forward to enjoying my rock box this winter. I really hope i never find the ideal stove for a very long time. I don't think my marriage can endure another episode. And i bet the mansfield would overcook my doghouse.;lol

I talked someone out of a larger stove?! That doesn't sound like me at all. My drinking is clearly getting out of hand.

Very nice might become My new stove if and when that time comes well maybe.

Yeah..it is beautiful. I'd take a Hearthstone 1 though. Could get 3 or 4 of them for the cost of an Equinox..unless you could get a screaming deal on one used. I do like that other new Hearthstone also.

4 cu.ft.of rock heating 1850 sq.ft. of less draftiness than yours. Maybe you just didn't want to be outdone. That's okay. I can stand down. Have another drink. I'm listening.

Ah, yes, that might have been a bit much.

Drunk me made the right call ;lol

But it's so cool looking!
That's okay. My hot rock is doing just fine beating down the single digits we're having. Equinox wood look cooler with enameled color options. You voted my conscience.

Dang! I do like the Manchester though. It is an excellent compromise between the Heritage and the Mansfield. Sideloader, dimensions, firebox. Cast heat response with stone heatlife. I'd really like to read someone's review.

I was wondering about the efficiency ratings. They kind of dive at the Mansfield. The Heritage and the Equinox are in the 80's and the Mansfield less. I wonder if a cubicle firebox is less efficient?

I have heard over and over on here that efficiency is not as important as firebox size assuming a decent EPA stove. Looks nice

Fair argument. Sure enough. I guess my point was geared towards the advantage of a rectangular firebox opposed to a cube.

Yeah I think I'm sold on this one I was considering the PH if this is lined up with soapstone which it does then me liky...

Don't want the side loading door though, decent size box and the video was well done. I did like how long the burn
time on it was, that would give me a break on having to load every 2 to 3 hrs for flames to be present lol. I love the looks to.

Great job Hearthstone!!!! Now I'm gonna get some sleep and finish the hickory pile I know a little late but its just me
and my trusty, frisky fiskar ax.
