First it starts off with a good breakfast (pic 2332), then just make sure you obey the deer crossing signs (pic 2684), I start with chains just on the back tires then when the snow gets deeper I'll put the chains on the front too.
I'll work in anything up to 6"...love frozen ground to work on...I agree, working in the snow = eat a good breakfast...good pictures...

Cut a lot of fence rows in the winter. More than a foot of snow, & it gets tough getting in & out. Nice thing is, no trails, tip the trees out into the pasture limb & buck, split & load. A bright sunny winter day @ 20 to 25 degrees with no wind is as good as it gets for me. Sadly, we get very few of those here. I'm tired of the 35* damp, cloudy, crap. A C

Yeah, that "no wind" is the key in really cold temps.

I use to like to use this. 1972 Pinzgauer. Then I sold it. :(

Then this Ford. I put F-250 springs in it. It was a 150, but I liked to load it up a bit. ;)

Then the 3/4 Ton J-20 with plow and winch. Should a held on to that as well.

I had fun working and playing with them though. ;lol
