Do any of you guys use one ? AC gave me one today and I got it running however the oiler does not work and I would like to know if there is supposed to be two short tubes in the oil tank or two tubes with brass fittings. It looks like there should be a fitting in the tank but I cant find anything online about it.

When that saw started AC it was screaming I almost craped my pants I thought it was about to blow ! Did you have it running ? It idles great now and has good trigger response but your right you have to choke the hell out of it to get it going.

Don't know much about it, but a picture would expand my knowledge LOL :)
I have an old craftsman, 14" with a thumb operated oil pump ;)

Sorry I have to charge the phone up it died on me today . I will post a pic in the morning of it. It is an automatic oiler which makes me think the oiler pump is bad too. I found a bunch of parts for it but no oiler parts. Funny my dads got a really old craftsman beast 60cc monster that still fires up after about 50000000 pulls ;lol. You could bench press that thing and look like Arnold after 5 minutes !

IIRC those little Homies are oiled via exhaust/crankcase pulse pressure. Been a long time since I've had one around here tho. :)

Hey Pete, I tuned & ran that saw over a year ago, then it went out on loan. Haven't touched it since. If the oiler is a pressure set up it may actually work. The high revving may be the throttle cable sticking, I've seen that happen before. Make sure the trigger comes all the way back at idle. A C

Your right AC I didnt realize it was double trigger till a little bit ago that seems to be the issue. The front trigger was sticking so bad it had to be pried out with a flat head screw driver.

Thanks AC
