After 3 blessed months of burning well my mini is now possessed. It is over-feeding on all interval settings, with full combustion air and the damper pulled all the way out. The flame quality is good when all adjusted but the burn pot fills up and overflows within 3-4 hours. All I need to do is slow down the feed rate. Is this a control card issue? or? or? Any help gratefully accepted. Happy New Year! Timberman

Have you tried adjusting the "feed rate trim" setting on the right side of the stove?

And after 3 months of burning, how many bags have you run through the stove?

When was the last FULL and COMPLETE stove cleaning done?

Sounds like a dirty stove.

Sure have, seems to be a problem on all trim settings. I cannot discern don't know if one can) any difference in cycle time between the trim settings.

That was my first thought. I have taken all the internal panels out of the firebox and cleaned in behind them. I have also vacuumed out the access ports behind the ash pan. all to no avail. I did it all over again this morning so we will see if that helps. I clean the stove once a month and burn about 20 bags of pellets per month. The mystery to me is that it was working fine day-in-day all fall and then started loading up out of the blue. Thanks for your interest and help. Eric

Have you cleaned the venting lately, including the termination?

what are the actual consumption rates compared to when it was burning normally?

we got 2 variables, fuel, and air the same "look" will present itself if under air or if over fuel trust me on this one folks. when pellets burn completely they are reduced to a tiny amount of ash which takes up literally no space when pellets do not burn that completely they take up a huge amount of space by proportion, a stove getting too little air presents visually like its overfeeding.

if the feed rates (or hours per bag) have not changed, its air, if they have its fuel. in my experience , its literally 99% of the time, air not fuel

If you've determined that the stove is "clean" you can check the feed cycle times:

Feed Trim default is with the 4th light out. With that setting you should get the following cycle times:
Setting 1: on 3.0 sec- off 8.5= 11.5 sec for 1 complete on/off cycle
Setting 5: on 3.0 sec- off 1.07= 4.07 sec for 1 complete on/off cycle

If you are getting a longer "on" time or shorter "off" times, the board may have some how gotten configured for higher BTU stove. If that's the case I can probably dig up the re-programming instructions.

Trim setting with the 5th light out (call that +1) will add .25 seconds to the "on" time for all heat settings. Trim settings with 3rd, second, and 1st light out reduce the "on" time by .25 seconds for each setting lower than the default.
