I have tried everything I know except change the auger motor. When I'm burning I always run out of pellets. I have adjusted the A and B buttons which is the high low burn which is supposed to fix this. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks

I'm going to assume that you at least have pellets in the hopper when you run out of pellets in the burn pot so I'm not going to tell you to fill the hopper.
How about turning your draft down or closing the damper a bit.
You have to match your air flow to your fuel feed.

I have done this with the a b buttons on the control board that's how it's done with this air model. It adjust air flow and feed rate.

It had better not adjust both at the same time if your fuel/air mixture is incorrect it will remain incorrect if it adjusts both at the same time.
You have to lower the air flow or raise the fuel feed one or the other but not both at the same time.
Since your description of running out of pellets leaves a lot to the imagination for how long does your stove burn before there are no pellets are in the burn pot?
Were pellets still being automatically fed after the stove exited startup?
Have you checked your stove's gaskets, if they are worn or bad or the latches are loose and you aren't getting a good seal on your gaskets your pellet feed can become highly disrupted as the vacuum switch will stop the auger reducing the pellet flow to the burn pot.
