Funny that Woodstock rates it at 800-1300 sq. ft.
 
I wonder what kind of ash bucket that is with the knob on the bottom. Any idea?

Thats an oil drip bucket. After the cat gets good and hot, you set the bucket on top, the stove pre-heats the oil, which drips into the cat. It makes a hot fire!:cool:

Do I see a ring on the top center stone where the bucket sat?

Maybe that's how it heats 2000 sq ft.
 
Looks like a great deal. If it were local I'd buy it just to have.
