This is what I woke up to this morning. I want and like snow but these 1 to 2 inch snowfalls every 2 days is getting ridiculous. If its going to snow, why can't it be measured with a yard stick?

I love it! Nothing to shovel or drive in ;)

I will still go out and shovel the driveway if the sun doesn't come out. I must say Mineral County DOH did an excellent job with the road. Usually its snow packed. They must have used salt this time because they usually just throw down gravel:mad:

Never seen gravel used just salt and sand here.. Think gravel would be hazardous plus lots of broken windshields!

Yes I would think it would be like stopping on ball bearings lol.. Must not be much sand out your way if they use gravel..

It's been snowing here since yesterday afternoon.....a really light, fluffy snow. Pure powder. We've ended up with right around 4 to 5" of that fluff, looks like I'll be running the snowmobile with the kids later. I think I'm going to make a trip or 5 to the woods to haul out some blowdowns today....take advantage of the snow and get some wood for the maple syrup evaporator while the gettin's good!

I'll post pics later.

That is a good thing lopi. A little snow is better than 5 below. ;)

I agree 1-2 inch snow is useless we got about 3 feet in December couple 10" storms but it has melted away and now we have cold it was -20 lows for about 5 days in January and we've been -10 twice now in February I want it a little warmer with some big snow

The big snow looks like its coming in about 36 hours.

Now, about my 8:30am flight Saturday morning from Hartford to Denver!!!!!!!!!!!!
