Helpful video, but I wish I could find one for my Shelburne, as I'll probably need to replace the baffle someday. I assume that because it isn't listed, these methods don't apply....

Nope, they take the top stones out only for clarity in the video. Popping out the baffle in Heritage is done from inside the firebox. The baffle is pushed up and then angled down between the burn tubes. The replacement goes up and in the same way.
