So Dave, are you buying this?

I have til end of Sept. to get more info. (that's when we start burning), although I could install as late as early December. Would only take an hour or so to do the swap, so I guess I could do it whenever I felt like it.
The manual isn't available yet, just the brochure.
Bev likes the look, and I like the thermostat, but we'd both like to see the fire sometimes. It's been said that it's possible with the BK.
Decisions, decisions.
Options are good.;)
We're still going over the budget changes (unexpected) and it looks promising that I may not need to compromise too much based on money.

Don't stop looking Dave. Glad to hear the budget changes aren't so drastic.

Why are the efficiency specs for the new 30's [81/75] so much lower than the basically same size Princess [88/81].
Is that the price of lower emissions .......30's - 0.97......Princess - 2.42?

Keep a close eye on Craigslist last year I saw a couple BK Princesses under $1000 in the Lansing & Flint areas. If i see anything else I will pm you if you would like ???

I don't think the Princess will get past Dave's wife.

Nop they where current models one was used twice and the owner decided they hated wood stoves. They put it in the garage and there it sat for a year unhooked.

Pete and rdust, if you guys are referring to me, my wife doesn't care too much. She wants to see fire, at least sometimes.
That's her main requirement.
Go figure.

Rdust was referring to your wife I was remembering my indicision and her needing it to be pretty lol.
