Looks good! What's the length and what are you running for chain?

It's a 28" bar. I normally run a 20" on the saw but this is my 'big wood' bar. As for chain I have one loop of Oregon full comp chisel and one loop of Oregon skip chisel. I haven't even used the new bar yet but I have the tree's lined up I'll be using it on. The ground just need's to dry so I can get to them.

Will need a full report once you have a chance to put the new bar\chain combos to work. I want to equip my 372 with a 28" bar but haven't decided what to get. I'll be interested to hear your thoughts!

I'm still wet behind the ears when it comes to saw's. All I know is the Techlite is lighter than the regular bar. It's a noticeable difference over the solid Husqvarna 28" Powermatch bar that came on the saw. I was going to sell the 28" Powermatch but I changed my mine. I find when I sell certain thing's I regret it later. I recon God forbid something happen to the Techlite I'll still have another 28" bar.

That looks real nice. I really liked a 28" on my 372..... would have been a lot nicer with less weight.

Wish I still had the 28", but I run a 24" and a 32" for now.

Well for being green with chainsaws you certainly started the game with a quality line-up. Probably not a tree in Rhode Island you cannot tackle with your saws!! The 372 looks nice with the new bar.

Techlite runs an aluminum core sandwiched between steel sides. Very interesting, but I am still leaning towards the Cannon bars...keep it a little Canadian eh!

Great bars ! I run a 20" on my 044 . they are heavy though . I've got a 20" tech lite on My 562 ,and the weight difference is pretty obvious . But, I'm sure that the Canon will outlast the Tech Lite if it came down to using both hard day in day out .
BTW love your Avatar !

any news on the techlite bar? I just bought a 562 XP with the techlite bar and it's giving me a lot of trouble after approx 15 hours on the bar. I don't grease the tip, never have but I'm wondering is this techlite bar absolutely needs grease. If you get this message, please let me know either way so I know if i should create a new thread. thanks
