Well, I'm not moving to Phoenix. I got a better offer... in Wilmington, DE!

The whole family is happy, my career is happy, and I get to keep my 30! :)

Good news. Congrats.

Good for you. Happy family and better offer!

AND I get to buy a new splitter and saw!

Oh oh. Congrats bluedogz. Glad it worked out well for you.

sounds like a WIN/WIN/WIN to me! Especially with the new splitter/saw deal......that alone makes me smile!

Are you moving or commuting from where you are now?

Ah...Delaware, home of tax free shopping :) Congrats!

Word of advise if you don't follow NASCAR, be sure to START at least looking at the schedule depending on where you will be working. Nothing screws up you commute more than sitting near Dover for hours, unexpectedly...been there done that ;)

For now, commuting, but a move is in the cards. Still better than my current commute to Princeton, NJ.

And HM, I've been caught in the Dover crowds before... not gonna let THAT happen again...

Great area. You'll like the little backroads with plenty of wood on the sides:)
I'm only a few miles from Wilmington in Pennsylvania.

Commuting to Princeton? Holy cow! I get annoyed I have to drive "all the way there" to get my Mini Cooper serviced and it's only about 40 minutes. I will never complain about that again!

At the time I took the job, the plan was to grow and advance in that company, and to move up there as promotions justified it.

Now, after three years of corporate politics and broken promises, I'm striking out at a venture closer to home.
