Pics of the beast. I know the burn pot needs a cleaning! See how it has a newer control unit? Looks like the P43 control unit to me. Works fine in the stove.

Two more pics of the inside and a shot of the board. Looks brand new to me.

Will, now it is time to study the pic's, AddictiveStew has an ancient stove with no dust, looks like showroom condition

Other than the burn pot. :) any suggestions for cleaning that sucker up? can I wipe it down with something? Other than that, there's not really any dust anywhere. It's hard to see in the pics.

Definately looks new but the knob on the hopper lid isn't anything I've seen on the P series before.

While you have it moveable, I suggest rolling it back outside and hooking a leaf blower to it and cleaning the insides, and oil the motors (if possible).

And maybe a test burn outside as well after the cleaning

Not a bad idea. The guy did have it up and running for me and it was burning well. Where exactly should I use the leaf blower? Should I pull some parts off too? Love the fact that everything just comes right off with a few screws...lol

Open the door to the firebox so there is no possibility of ruining the vacuum switch the leaf blower suction end goes over where the vent would be attached.

The leaf blower trick uses a leaf blower that has the vacuum option.....using a homemade adapter, you attach the suction side to the stove exhaust outlet, crack the door a little, and turn on the LB......most people do it after they do a full stove cleaning....it gets most of the "hidden" ash we can't get to.

Do a search on the forum for "leaf blower trick"

Here's an example w/ pics:

Sweet thanks! You guys are ridiculously helpful. I feel like I owe may beers already... lol

looks to me that it is in fact a later model Pellet Pro, the precurser to the Invincible first, then the P series later. It has certainly been upgraded with a new board and igniter as well....this is a good thing, as your "new" circuitboard is readily available.....the original boards are VERY tough to find, as they arent produced anymore. ost likely the last owner found this out and had a retrofit done....looks good!

That's good to hear! Unfortunately there is no ignitor. :( All the other parts are readily available from what I can tell!

Don't worry about that for now.....the beer boys will be along soon enough to turn this thread into "all about beer".....LOL

High Life for me!;)

The train must have been going the wrong way! All the letters are backwards.

No matter where it was heading, it went the wrong way
