Picked up a few bags to try from SMRF in Wells, Me. These burn really, really clean and hot. But the want $319 a ton for them, and I can't pay that much for pellet.

Hardly any ash and my bricks are white. Pretty nice stuff.

Hey Hoot.

Sounds like a great pellet...but agree that it is too expensive.

About $100/ton less around here. just sayn.

Really? You can get this quality at the 220 range? Damn. That's less than the local MWP soft that are nowhere close to this kind of performance.

My #2 go to pellet. Burned a ton this season. $291. As I've said in
other threads, yep pricey here but all pellets in this class
cost in my area. Still way cheaper than oil which is 3.90/4 bux
a gal around here.

$291 I might do. Vermont's and Northern's are $280.

$211. That's crazy talk for a pellet like that. Lucky guy Smoke!

Dunno if I can even justify $291 with the other 2 at $280. But $211?

tell the full story not everyone gets that price

Hmmmm, is there some fly in this ointment? >>

You have to have bought a stove from them or be a member(don't know all the details) to get them prices. But even so the price of pellets on the west coast always seem to be cheaper than pellets over here.

Nice, the shop I bought my stove thinks NEWP is the greatest thing since sliced bread. o_O

I haven't spoken with them in years :p

fishing interests me about as much as painting. just sayn. but I do know beer is cheaper over here too!

Painting wasn't my life dream either, but it pays for my pellets.

Hate it. Wife asks me to paint all the time. House is finished, but she wants to change colors every year.

It's been a good winter though and got the summer booked up till next winter. Not a glorious job, but it pays the bills.

Aha. thats it, just like watching a bobber all day. ;lol

Buddy of mine claims that the reason for fishin is something to do while you drink ;lol

Me, Ill take ridin on 2 wheels in the sunshine any day !

No bobbers in bass fishin. At least the way we fish anyway.

No speed limits on the lake or the big river. We let it fly in between spots.

Let me guess....explosives and then wait for the floaters?
