Spring ya right, 6.50 am and 3 above out side southern hills cny, time to put another bag in the hopper:eek:
 
!!! I agree this is horrible joke mother nature has played on us.
Hopefully some 50 and 60 degree days begin to emerge soon
but for now, another bag of black hills went in the tank this morning.
 
WANTED: Punxsutawney Phil for fraud in incorrectly declaring the arrival of spring.

looked at my pics from a year ago.... I was out in the garden in shorts!!!
 
Cold and flurries here. Working up a sweat cutting splitting and stacking, the gardens can wait:cool:

Well, the garage was in the 40s so now that I have AC power for the stove, I jumped out the T-Stat terminals to get a little heat today! March 21, 2013 in the 40s Brrrr.

Don't shoot the messenger, just got our long range forecast (3 weeks) as we try to get the golf courses and club house grounds ready for another season. This current pattern of 40+::Fday time highs with 20/30's at night is going to hang around till mid April:( As I mentioned in another post heating season is not over.

lolz - here it's like high 20s for daytime highs and low single digits at night. I don't mind - the skiing is super with great light and warm sun...

I'm already 9 bags ahead of what I burned in the whole month of March last year....and we have another 10 days to go!! !!!

I just read on MSN that the National Weater Service is predicting a warmer than normal spring nationwide. Hey, it's on the internet so it must be right!
 
WAAAA..... -22 here this morning:)
Not much better here at -8 this morning. Weather service giving a 50-50 chance of floods because we have a good chance of rain next month that will melt the snow to fast and the pack has about 6 inches of water in it.
