natural gas exists only in the 'old' neighborhoods around here. seems like streets made after 1970 or so don't have the gas lines run to them.

@Eject, no harm meant. Was just trying to be funny.
 
Yankee gas is expanding where they can, but it cost plenty of $$$ to extend mains into old residentiol. But where they can, like across my street, they are figuring it into development costs for new construction.

Im recognizing close to 50% over my old oil bills.
 
I have found, in my unscientific study of pellet pricing, that the best time to buy is Jan-Feb. Making sure you are ending on your shoulder stock in April and starting back with enough of it to begin again the end of September. I see inflation everywhere and it is just a matter of time before your pellets burn a hole in your pockets before they are loaded in the stove. Buy what you can afford when you can.
