Way to early around me for final cleaning, it dipped down to low 20s I think two nights ago. Hopefully last night was the last night in the 30s as the 10 day forecast shows low in the 40s from here on out.

Hot water is still propane, which was about 10% of my usage - I can live with that

Damn its been a while since I have cleaned the beast. Not using it so much lately (a few hours a day at most) and still throwing great heat and ash pan is only half full. So other than a quick firebox vac here and there, this is the way it will stay until year end close up where she gets the full treatment.
