This was invented by a German individual:

Today this new logging cart only exists as a single prototype! For serial production I am looking for an appropriate manufacturer design rules: material: steel, zink- coated load capcity: max. 500 kg log diameter: max. 60 cm overall width: max. 1 m transportation length: max. 2 m (leading bar extandable) selling price: about € 1 000,- While surching a potential manufacturer it would be very helpful to know your opinion about this new logging cart and the above design rules. For a short feedback I would be very grateful!

I don't know anything more about it but was sent a link to the video and thought I'd share it here.

Holy fence rails Batman! Did y'all see the length on those first rounds?

I want one to hook to the ATV ;)
Now if I just had a level manicured yard to cut, mover & process trees :)

I think that stems from selling wood in the 3ft lengths.

I'm gonna modify my golf pull cart ;)

I'm collecting parts for a logging arch. I have an old rusted out utility trailer that I'm going to use for axles/spindles/wheels/tires and a friend is picking up scraps for me from his metal shop for the rest of the build. I found an unused pair of large Dixie skidding tongs on CL for $50. I hope to have it built by summer. Check out Battenkiller/drfera's arch at https://www.hearth.com/talk/threads/my-new-log-rite-log-arch.69837/

I'm using Battenkiller's plans based on his measurements of an early version of the LogRite Junior:

Pass. Park the tractor closer.

I agree. The cost of that device is about 1000 Euro (~$1300). For half that price I'd put a decent set of pallet forks on that tractor to move the logs.

In its favor, it can get in and out of some places where a larger tractor can't go, and it won't tear up the lawn as much as tractor with R1 tires would.

I've traveled and lived in Europe and that's how long the cut and split. Then they cut the splits in half after they dry with something like a miter saw. I never asked why, I wasn't burning when I was there so I guess I didn't care. I believe it has something to do with the way firewood is measured. Cool toy, and I do LOVE toys, but useless to me. And why did he park the tractor so bloody far away, just to sell something?

I don't see any use for it but unless in ideal situations. Ideal situations are easy.

I got a kubota BX to do most of the work that he is doing with that. But if i did not have a kubota i would copy it and make it for much less then the 1300.00 but it seemed to work pretty well.

What in the name of all holy is he doing without spinner caps  that thing is the wood pimp mobile ! ;)
