Here a reason to have a electric chain sharpener...........Over 1000 drive links, on 3,2,1 break.
This is a package from
steeltowninwv: I hope you know I am not starting till Monday.....I think thats 14 chains at 72 drive links per. Reminds me of the milling days.

A few years back we had a major storm and one of the tree company's was dropping that on me every couple days. That is about the number of drive links for a good weekend milling. This should keep you in chains for awhile. I will check every link and round those rakers for speed and comfort....;)

Well with both of us running a 460 your going to be spoiled, and with only 72 drive links per I will put the coontoon to it......How fast you want them? (remember faster the chain the quicker they dull)

just give me ur smokinj special...sharpen them the way u would sharpen ur own

Just got through sharpening 13 chains myself. Took three evenings, in time I could spare away from other duties. My elbow is still hurting from the repetitive motion, which is why I was asking about faster cutting grinding wheels last week!

I had 6 chains of 72 links, 4 of 52 links, and 2 of 91 drive links. Those 91 link chains always feel like they'll NEVER be done!

I've been sharpening all RSC's to 60/30/10, and PMC's to 60/30/0.

lol I was running 135 and 9 of them for milling. The least amount of sparks you throw the better your getting. Lots of ways to do that but it takes lots of drive links to get there. Kool grind and a soft touch if thats not a bad spot to be in.....I use a Cyclone wheel its very cool but can be over come with cool grind and a soft touch. I know because most of people who bring me chains are under the 3/8 >>

for about 2 years now...love it..

Sweet I will not feel bad about using my numbers. I only found one safety chain in the bunch. (Could be wrong but think you have all full comp) Awesome! ::-)
