Looking to buy moly lube this weekend. Besides ordering it online does anyone know of a retailer that carries moly lube. My local lowes and home depot do not stock it.

Auto parts store.

Yeah... auto parts store. Short of that, I'd expect your chances are better at WalMart than at Lowes Depot.

AKA "Assembly lube". Auto parts store is the best bet. Might be next to the lettuce at Wally Woild, or maybe they moved it to the outdoor furniture area, if they have it. :p

if ya cannot find moly, look in your local "farm and fleet" type store (tractor supply and the like) for spray graphite, works pretty much the same. paint it on when you do your annual and it helps keep the crap from sticking on the blades makes cleaning easier and protects the fan blades. the moly is probably more durable but the graphite works pretty well also and is easier to find

Ditto. I've been using the graphite for a couple years now (on Mike's advice), and it works great.
Grainger has both:

oh, BTW, its great for a squeaking auger as well. nice thing about both moly and graphite , they are inert in so much as a pellet stove cannot catch them on fire, so they both make a great contact lube for augers

I scraped and wire brushed my burn pot last summer and sprayed with the graphite....seemed to keep the pot cleaner longer, and easier to scrape...did the stirrer too!
