Yesterday was a washout most of the day.
Poured down until noon then cleared off a bit only to see some huge downpours later on.

Still running the little Whit 24 hrs.

Late week its supposed to dry and warm some.

I really want some drier weather.

Burning up my fall stash :(

I am just thankful that I got a pellet stove last summer with the cold temps we've been having. Got up this morning and my stove was on....again! Can't imagine what my cost would have been using strictly oil.

you wont need it tomorrow

yep. 32 degrees two nights ago. 87 degrees day after tomorrow. wtf?

looks like juneuary might be narrowly averted.

This morning the Little Whit is happily munching nut shells, but by tomorrow, stoves may not be needed for a while.

In the 80's F by mid next week.

I am looking forward to not having a fire every day.

Yesterday we had the fire off all day, but by evening it was 68F in the house, so build a fire time, AGAIN

Hey

Summers back, and by the weekend the weather dude says 80F plus +++

The stoves been off now since Friday and yesterday was lovely.

Hopefully we are done with the stove thing untill fall.
The AC was on yesterday afternoon.

Maybe I can do my stove maintenance now.

Today is finally cooler, We had a bonafide heat wave here the last 3 days being over 90 & 100 Degrees!

I started a job on Saturday doing an 8" Class A metal chimney Conversion to Selkirk DT pellet venting for wood pellets or corn.
Nice stuff. The hardest part is having all the parts on hand. !

Have you ever considered converting Snowy? I did the masonry chimney conversion which is not cheap but worth every penny with all the damp outside air we get around here!
