i always wondered what at outsider would think of the town I grew up in....I missed it so much after moving out i moved back here about two years ago...
 
a video of my town would last about 45 seconds.....unless I got stopped by one of it's two stop lights

I spent 15 years in my "hometown" and have been gone for 10. Lots of my buddies don't understand why I don't want to move back right now: I would never leave again. I love Victorian architecture, the greenery of the town (lots of mature oak/elm trees) and the river downtown in the middle of the city.

Well, i cant find much on my home town on the net. Its pretty small.... Its probably most famous for Puffing Billy....(dont ask, just google it haha)

Here is one of my favorite spots in Emerald. Cardinia resevior. Found this awesome vid on youtube, it doesnt do the place justice, its just a great video...

Awesome videos. I love Gumby. And that resevoir seems amazingly nice. Nice camera quality too to make the nice video.

Has not changed much since I was a kid.

Its about 200 I guess, near Butte, MT. Used to be about 1500 back in the mining boom days.

First they show forty steps where we used to skinny dip. You had to be sure and jump out past the rocks
 
Hometown is general Detroit area and surrounds.
I try very hard to not go there unless I absolutely have to.
I very much like where I am now though.
What are stoplights?
Oh, yeah, I remember now.
